Considering Ted Lasso is classed as a comedy show, the amount of stories throughout the show, that pull on feelings, happiness and sadness, it truly was one of a kind that is unlikely to be replicated any time soon.

I absolutely love that Ted had no idea of what to do for someone who has an abusive father, because of his own trauma with his father. That’s such a real touch of humanity. It’s not a “You can handle this” moment. It’s an “I’m out of my depth” moment.

I'm a sucker for redemption arcs. Jamie's is, by far, the greatest redemption arc put to screen. Period. Better than Jaime Lannister, Walter White, Darth Vader.

Love that in the end he refused to celebrate a goal against his old team, and his teammates celebrated around him. A stark contrast to the first series when it was only about Jamie, he celebrated on his own and they shunned him. Just one of the many great character arcs in this series and how beautifully they were interwoven.

Jaime is a bad guy that wants to be good. Roy is a good guy that thinks he is bad. And Ted makes them both better people while being on the verge of giving up for 3 years.
