Tengo un Casio px s3100 y es excelente. El hecho de que sus teclas sean más livianas que un Roland o un Yamaha es una gran ventaja para mí ,porque no me causan daño físico. Recién adquirido me pasaba hasta diez horas al día tocándolo.

Cool idea but there's no or will loose stability. One idea is keys on top of the desk and the mouse and keyboard on a slider at the bottom.. saves space and looks better. If you can invest in a motor table with a hidden key slide, it would be cleaner and better. But it's not a bad idea.

I had a similar idea, but with an 88 MIDI controller placed on a slider above the desk, specifically on top rather than below, because with something like the Komplete Kontrol S88, it would add an extra 15-17 cm underneath the desk

Dude you have no idea how helpful this video is. I went down the exact same purchase path with the idefender and wasn't satisfied. You are the first person I've seen to identify this problem. I felt crazy, like there must be people trying to use audio and midi at the same time. Thank you ill be buying a di box immediately.

Very nice Leon, and well played! I’m also impressed by the Udio quality, and in ways it can make variations on uploaded music. I tried to make orchestral music from my uploaded piano music, but that didn’t work. Do you know if that’s possible?
@LeonThomasian
@LeonThomasian 15 күн бұрын
Honestly I haven’t used it like that or in that direction. I’m not sure how you could go about orchestrating a piano music as of now.

@ Thanks, Leon. Makes sense. Going directly into the board always makes digital pianos sound better than they do with an amp. Through an amp, so many of them have a thin metallic sound.
@LeonThomasian
@LeonThomasian 29 күн бұрын
I can see if someone likes the sound of a particular amp I guess? Though they’re normally noisy or meant as a monitor . I just go straight into my audio interface.

@ That’s great in the studio, but for a live gig, most of us have to play out of an amp.😕

It’s funny, a piano designer was reviewing this piano’s upgraded S7000 version and said it wasn’t intended for sophisticated classical music players. I now believe otherwise after hearing this. Given its very economical presence, gorgeous looks, wallet-friendly price, playability and sound quality, I’m 100% sold. The only question is how many rooms do you put one in.
@LeonThomasian
@LeonThomasian 29 күн бұрын
You CAN indeed play advance repertoire on this, just like most digital pianos out there.

Great demo, would you say the sound and action is too far from the Privia 7000? I'm considering both, but size and portability is nice too. But also sound variety on the 7000...
@LeonThomasian
@LeonThomasian Ай бұрын
I wouldn’t say they’re drastically different. I mean they are slightly different but if sound selection and portability is a priority, then you should definitely take that into consideration. It’s so hard to describe the keybed feel. Have you tried them at all?
