In one of your other videos you quote acim "Who forgives is then healed and receives the proof of the miracle that he has holds no condemnation against himself or any living thing." So if you attack animals and think you need them to make your body thrive you are saying the attack and murder of bodies is what keeps bodies alive and well. I find the ego has hoodwinked anyone who believes that attacking and killing has anything healthy to it. An unhealthy mind is an ego mind thinking one must use and kill others for my wants and desires to be met at another's expense. "Who forgives is then healed and receives the proof of the miracle that he has holds no condemnation against himself or any living thing." Why kill a living thing that this quote says not to. Animals are on this planet with us and not for us. Only one believing in separation between animals and themselves or separation between animals and God could steal the life of animals for one's own sake. Please understand nothing ever brings one's mind to oneness when it comes from the ego tenet of kill or be killed. Only Christ Mind allows one to see the same holiness in others as in themselves. Acim is not about using the ego to guide one's eating rituals, it's about using "Teach only love for that is what you are" to guide one's eating rituals and all other daily rituals one follows to live a life from unity and equality not from the ego's inequality and destruction.

I was raised vegetarian (30 years of organic, whole foods) and got IBS when I was 18. I tried vegan/gluten-free (Medical Medium diet) for 2 years. I was still pooping 4+ times a day. I went animal based last year and that reduced my symptoms. But going carnivore this month has really helped! The sugar cravings are still there though! One day at a time ..

Hi, I also couldn’t stomach any meat after not eating it for almost 10 years. The culprit is your stomach acid has completely depleted - and if you look at one of the symptoms of low stomach acid it’s complete repulsion at the taste and smell of meat! Just add it back in slowly and the acid will build back up and you’ll find yourself loving the taste and smell.

half of your benefits are not exclusive to carnivore diet. pre -prep is pre-prep regardless of diet. and watching your weight because you have a hard time staying away from too many carbs is not a good example for switching away from fiber, vitamins, nutrients. Vegan cake is still cake and cake is bad. Sugar is vegan, sugar is bad. switching to steak because it doesnt have sugar is stupid. reduce your sugar, prep your own meals and stay away from factory sauces. you can honey glaze ham, bbq sauce steak, and make meat taste better. bad choices exist regardless of the food you eat. learning how to eat is more important than what you eat. this is why breakfast is the most important meal. If you fast for 15-17 hours then break and eat a large meal, most of the time you will not be pantry diving. most of the time you are not hungry, but bored. 20years vegan and you had issue with weight . . . you were doing it wrong; that goes for any diet.
@lynnpierson10 ай бұрын
Hi Ronin, thanks for your thoughts. The high carbs in a vegan/vegetarian diet, even though all whole foods, make me very hungry. Keto studies have proven this to be true and keeping carbs low, shuts down hunger. I was never a sugar and cake eater but cooked all my own food. Thanks so much for your thoughts!

Splendid video! Always, some issues when you switch diet. Some vegans bicker for hours about their stool issues. When I switched to Keto, I experienced oxalate dumping and I got "Gout like" pain in my joints and my skin got itchy, it lasted for two weeks, but hopefully I will be able to deal with the remaining oxalates stored in my body and gradually flush them out. I have now been on a Keto diet for three months and kept some of the low carb vegetables in moderation. I have no problems with the blood sugar levels, but Uric Acid levels spikes when i do intermittent fasting. I assume this is due to purines & toxins stored in my belly fat being burned. Anyway, I will keep an eye on the Uric Acid and choose proteins low in purines.

I have found that it is a lot easier on our digestive systems if you make the switch gradually, and gradually reduce carbohydrates down to a Keto diet of less than 20 total carbs per day and then to a carnivore diet.

Sometimes illnesses of any kind get worse before they get better...When you elevate your body’s frequency, as the cell gets a vibrational change, it releases waste and eliminates toxins. The cell essentially opens up and dumps anything from the past that is unhealthy. This intense release of waste creates a huge stress to the immune system. Because there is a change in energy and frequency, the body begins to transmute, and this causes in your case the tinnitus to get louder but its getting louder to be seen and be released with LOVE!
