Loved this video Lynn. You look fabulous! I have almost identical story to yours- it was almost having osteoporosis on my last DEXA & not being able to go alkaline (which I’ve since learned is old & bogus) due to my IBS issues that led me to carnivore last December. Fingers crossed for both of us that carnivore helps this issue too! I turned 70 this year. And my husband has lost 50 pounds! Also love Beth & Lisa 💖 Edit: and I just looked at your channel- even MORE in common!

Your bones are made of collagen, collagen and glycine in the diet will do more than anything else for them! Hard to get the optimal amount of glycine, so I supplement and most people probably should as well.

Vitamin C helps the body produce collagen. The collagen taken in through your diet get destroyed in you gut and doesn't get absorbed. Those pushing the carnivore diet are pushing people to an early grave and it's literally the most environmentally destructive diet.

I was raised vegetarian (30 years of organic, whole foods) and got IBS when I was 18. I tried vegan/gluten-free (Medical Medium diet) for 2 years. I was still pooping 4+ times a day. I went animal based last year and that reduced my symptoms. But going carnivore this month has really helped! The sugar cravings are still there though! One day at a time ..

Eggs are an excellent food on the carnivore diet, as long as you don't have an allergy to them. If you are sensitive to any good it can cause gas, so try to eat some eggs and check how your body reacts.

Hi, I wanted to get back to you on more ways to heal SIBO & IBS. Dr Boz has an excellent book that teaches how to heal from these issues using a keto (less than 20 carbs per day or less) diet. Her book is titled, "keto CONTINUUM." You should read the whole thing, but she has a chapter on: Bowels: Too Leaky, and specifically addresses diarrhea and how to fix leaky gut and SIBO. You can get the book or ebook on Amazon or her website, I believe it could really help you! Keep me posted.

Often if people switch from a high carbohydrate diet directly into a carnivore diet it can cause lots of digestive issues like bloating, gas and loose stools. I have found that it is a lot easier on our digestive systems if you make the switch gradually, and gradually reduce carbohydrates down to a Keto diet of less than 20 total carbs per day and then to a carnivore diet.

Hi, I also couldn’t stomach any meat after not eating it for almost 10 years. The culprit is your stomach acid has completely depleted - and if you look at one of the symptoms of low stomach acid it’s complete repulsion at the taste and smell of meat! Just add it back in slowly and the acid will build back up and you’ll find yourself loving the taste and smell.

In one of your other videos you quote acim "Who forgives is then healed and receives the proof of the miracle that he has holds no condemnation against himself or any living thing." So if you attack animals and think you need them to make your body thrive you are saying the attack and murder of bodies is what keeps bodies alive and well. I find the ego has hoodwinked anyone who believes that attacking and killing has anything healthy to it. An unhealthy mind is an ego mind thinking one must use and kill others for my wants and desires to be met at another's expense. "Who forgives is then healed and receives the proof of the miracle that he has holds no condemnation against himself or any living thing." Why kill a living thing that this quote says not to. Animals are on this planet with us and not for us. Only one believing in separation between animals and themselves or separation between animals and God could steal the life of animals for one's own sake. Please understand nothing ever brings one's mind to oneness when it comes from the ego tenet of kill or be killed. Only Christ Mind allows one to see the same holiness in others as in themselves. Acim is not about using the ego to guide one's eating rituals, it's about using "Teach only love for that is what you are" to guide one's eating rituals and all other daily rituals one follows to live a life from unity and equality not from the ego's inequality and destruction.
