I was 3 when i knew i was different and hated the little thing between my legs. so many different things have always thrown my a curved ball , but i was born in 1966 and things were very different back then. even in the 80’s is was terrible. i finally opened up in 2023 about being a female trapped in a male body. i have had a very long time to know that i need/want full surgery . even if it was a choice between being homeless and living in my van and having surgery.. i would pick surgery and be homeless.i have read almost all the docments online about the risks.. i am definitely not scared of dying. i really need this to complete me, be me.. finally.. you can die in a dentist chair, So i am ready if things did go wrong during surgery. if i wasn’t to have this surgery through no fault or choice of my own, then my life would be beyond hope and very short. as i have said in a previous video of your’s. if you would like to chat, then i am on all social media. just hunt for my name..lol

Hi Joules, It is your body, no one should ever preach or justify what anyone does or does not do in their life. i am transfem and i felt that i was a mistake from early childhood, when i opened up.. i even told my doctor and psychiatrist that i was prepared to cut my own testicles out. they told me that i would end up in a padded cell. i WIll be having gender reassignment surgery in early 2026 in Thailand. but i have a lot of saving to do. I am 58, and in the UK i have been put on a 6+ year waiting list with NHS Sandyford, just to start with, even before they think about medications. I have been self medicating for a while now and feel a bit better, because i know that i have started the process before Nhs. the system in the UK is broken, So private is the only way to go. i have changed ALL of my documents, and only one remaining is my GRC ( gender recognition certificate ) . if the government in the UK get their way next year and stop me and everyone else, i don’t see me living long. by the way, you look stunning. i would love to chat, if you do too, then i am on facebook.

My weird thing is my nipples became larger before I started hormones. Mine used to be small and limp. I only realized I was trans several months ago due to trauma amnesia. Shortly after realizing I am trans my ripples changed and became like pencil erasers. I can only conclude that my body responded to the realization I am trans. Though now I am on HRT. I expect better results.
