This is very very very bad advice. I see a few videos demonstrating this method, all of which irresponsibly don't explain what it is they are changing (including this video). EnableLUA is a Windows User Account Controls (UAC) feature that notifies the user when programs try to make changes to the computer. By changing the registry value to 0, you are actually disabling this feature. This means if your system is compromised in any way - a virus or malware that attempts to make changes to your PC for example - you won't know about it because UAC will not notify you, due to being disabled.
