Sorry man but that’s really easy to hit 10k steps a day. I work in an office and don’t move much imo and I already get to 5k a day. It’s just 8km a day it’s easy to acheive

HMB worked for me. I started using HMB 1 year ago and after about 3 months I looked pretty jacked. I stopped using a few months ago cause I ran out and been to lazy to order more. I was able see I got a bit smaller and felt a little weaker too. Back on HMB and things are picking up again.

I remember in high-school there was this meth head who was able to do the first one I though it was so cool so I just watched him do it a bunch and learned how to do. It was super hard epically cause he did it left handed so then I had to copy him and do it with my right lol

This is what I took away, bud didn’t do enough research. I’m only a week into researching and paper trading and most of these plays were 1000% avoidable. If you want to start you need bots and trackers + as many communities as you can get. Knowledge is key. also don’t start wave 1 until you know what you’re looking at. He would’ve had way better plays wave 2 and 3 and then could’ve used the knowledge gained to make some wealth on wave 1.

to really make money off this you gotta spend at least 3 hours a day scanning that photon screen with wallet trackers and discord commands to check tokens, if twitter or the website is reused/stolen, bundles, you need to be well aware of the crypto culture and the current trends and then for micro cap coins you need to understand the crypto twitter culture and how certain tweets massively influence coins. you should be in a group of degenerates who do this all day and then you can start maybe making tens of thousands of dollars after like 1 painful month of grinding and learning and losing money. so yeah if you wanna do it go hard or lose all your money. don’t do stupid patterns lol

Only thing is that, I question myself "what is the limit to exercises?" be careful to step back, because life calls me to be medical. and I shouldn't hinder from things that will make my life happy. Do I really need exercise? Of course. but in moderation. I love Blender (Graphic Design) Gunna now hop into the Godot DOCS so that I can read about GameDesign Open source software programming.

I was hesitant to do another flip in the cold right now... I have done it *accomplished some* and for some reason I tend to want to aim for the number 8... however, it's rather a high number for me so then I cut that in fart.(four) I need to actually practice focus exersizes because I believe it will help me!! Problem I have is that I know of fear, and then I still look back.. Stupid me. It's better to give in to nutrition, have more of a routine, find exercises that I can actually perform within my abilities, and realizing I could walk before I run. It will be useful to live this way. beneficial.
