I've been taking turkesterone (black Forrest) for about a month, the first time I noticed more endurance during my training, but I think it was the placebo effect of me being excited to try it and expecting those effects, the next days my training felt as usual, the side effects I I've been experiencing it's lack of sleep if I take it in the afternoon and my appetite increases too, but so far nothing extraordinary.

Honestly amazing for me for energy, mood, and minor strength progress.

The only brands to use to truly see if ecdy steroids works or not are black forest because of quantity of active ingredients (99%) or gym Viking USA which is easily the best in terms of quality ,quantity and absorption (it has superior absorption due to the two extra ingredients and it has full disclosure on the amounts). Turkestan (ecdysteroids) has a real absorption problem. And there is of course a quantity problem as the active ingredient are very low, as a non mammal hormone even if we can utilise it we will probably require a far higher dose not to mention the amount of time and stay is active in the body will probably also be less

4 suggesstions for videos could be : L-carnatine Shilajit Lions Mane Mushroom Seamoss
@quantumfx26773 ай бұрын
Shilajit is so concentrated with minerals I don't even think you need the sea moss. Just make sure that you get sea moss grown on wild rock and not on rope which is the sneaky thing they are doing now to capitalize in on it. I would also add in the 7 magnesium blend to get the benefits of all 7 in one supplement. I also take the Dead Sea 6 missing minerals that are only found in the dead Sea. At 55 am going stronger than ever and still look like I did in my 30s which is a shocker to people! But, I also live different than them as well. I am in better shape now and stronger than when I was in my 30s. My friends now look years older than me and another friend just had 2 mini strokes and age about 20 years! The same guy that laughed at me for living a healthy lifestyle is no longer laughing!

I thought everyone knew turk, if it works in humans, is an estrogen receptor beta agonist? Anyway, that's what makes it potentially appealing, it works along a novel anabolic pathway compared to everything else you could use. The interest is in stacking it with other things...again, if it even works, since the best clinical data available is in rodent trials. I don't even think it's worth trying, tbh, for the same price you could run a month of something everyone knows works.

For those who might not understand, just because it is named a steroid doesn't mean it's a performance enhancing drug or will have the same effect as the stuff bodybuilders normally take. Yeah this dramatically improved my physique, recovery, work capacity and surprisingly also multiple blood markers such as blood pressure, liver and kidney levels (which were actually great already to begin with! Aside from ever so slightly and pretty much not even clinically relevant elevated creatinine at the time of my initial full blood panel to paint this bigger picture in terms of my general, internal, organ and hormonal health. The "raised" creatinine is obviously just the direct result of consistent heavy and progressively overloaded resistance training coupled with properly maxed out creatine stores from optimal exogenous creatine monohydrate supplementation) Various doctors I had seen during this process not only acknowledged this "theory of mine", they basically did what I did and completely wrote of the raised creatinine as an abbreviation, again as a direct result of heavy, regular and consistent progressively overloaded resistance training and low-moderate daily dosing of creatine monohydrate. Creatine (in any form/Ester/chosen salt/binder like Mono, HCl or even the 💯% totally terribly bioavailable and really poorly absorbed "Kre-Akalyn"). The weirdest thing about proponents and basically shills of these "exotic" rubbish creatine variants is that they seem to all either willingly or not understand nor realise that ANY type of creatine is literally stored in muscle tissue as creatine phosphate no matter what as that's it's main action as a major component of muscular respiration and as a crucial part of the Krebs cycle! Creatine is literally creatine at the end of the day... Mono does not bloat, HCl certainly doesn't get the user shredded and so on.. 🤷🏽♂️
