The piping that they send you is 1in. You have to reduce your 1 1/2 in to 1in.

If you are short or mess up a slide part you are out of luck. Sr Smith does not sell parts on pool slides, even dealers can’t get them. Buyer beware. Dealers are shorting customers by selling them on Facebook. I am out 2500 dollars thanks Sr Smith and dealers.

Don't mess up a part, you won't get a replacement one per SR Smith. You have to buy a whole new unit, even dealers can't get parts.

Dealers are shorting customers by selling them on Facebook. I am out $2,500 and no help from SR Smith, they laughed at me when I called for parts. They said I should have done my homework.

Purchased a new slide on Facebook , however it was missing a part. Called Sr Smith to order part. The lady said too bad do your homework next time, we don’t sell parts. So now I am out 2500 dollars. She kinda laughed and said it happens all the time. Even dealers can’t get parts so they just stick it to “dumb” customers who don’t do their homework. It was a good whopper of a story I got from the Sr Smith dealer. Don’t believe the dealers either.

I'm having some trouble removing the old fiberoptic lights from the 1.5 inch fitting. Im able to remove the lens from the light but unable to release the fiberoptic line from the side of the pool. After unscrewing the lens does anyone know the next steps to release the fiberoptic from the fitting? Appreciate any help

Hi, Considering purchasing this product but want to know what the device in the pool that isolated the light so the pool doesn’t have to be drained? Also would like details on how to remove and re-install the actual lights - how do they come off and get put back in with the LED replacement? Thanks!

Does not say anything about connecting slide to the deck flanges to prevent horizontal/vertical movement...? Skipped how he got the two halves to sit nice and easy because this was near impossible.

So they have moved the end of slide legs too close to the end, it cannot be used on a deck with a standard 12 inch cope, such as brick. There is not sufficient overhang to have the water spill into pool and not run on deck. We replaced an original rogue slide on a deck with brick copping. With the new rogue 2 leg position you would have to mount the front legs into the brick to avoid the water dropping onto the deck instead of the water. Poor design.

Absurd price to replace, when they don't last anywhere near 50k or even 20k hours. The LEDs will be good, but the circuit driving them won't. $200+ for this light? Pfft.

Stronger in what regard? Horizontal shear in bending? No way thats stronger in any other axis. I would thinking loading it in the strong axis would induce lateral torsional buckling much sooner than a solid plank.

That’s INCREDIBLE to know how brighter those got. We had fiber optic lights installed in 2007 with our fiberglass pool. Guess LEDs didn’t hit prime time yet

Hey Sam I just recently got this slide 3 days ago not sure if you've already bought it. But my mold came a little uneven in spots which made putting together quite difficult. It took me and two other people twisting and pushing and pulling to get it to fit together. The total time of building was hour and a half for us
