Can you tell me the length of the slides pictured?

Purchased a new slide on Facebook , however it was missing a part. Called Sr Smith to order part. The lady said too bad do your homework next time, we don’t sell parts. So now I am out 2500 dollars. She kinda laughed and said it happens all the time. Even dealers can’t get parts so they just stick it to “dumb” customers who don’t do their homework. It was a good whopper of a story I got from the Sr Smith dealer. Don’t believe the dealers either.
