I love your pages and your instructions on how to put them together. Can you tell me what size binder rings you buy and how many pages can they hold? I also would like to know how can I purchase from the same place you get your good Korean felt. Name, address, phone, contact information, etc. whatever I need to get the same stuff you use an sell directly from the manufacturer/supplier. I find that I use mostly the same colors all the time and when buying a package they are all different colors (1 pc. of each color) many that I don't use. It is too expensive to keep buying several packages just to get more of a few colors that I use. I'd rather buy each color I use in bulk (roll) and cut them myself to size if needed. The only bulk / rolls I have found are too soft. I prefer the stiffer pages. Thank you Sarah. I appreciate your help with my questions. Faithful follower, DJC

@@bmilz12 here is an older video I did showing how I put together a book with the binding. Now, i did use only hot glue in this video (normally I sew) but I still do the exact same thing... just sewing instead of hot gluing. If you go to any of my more recent videos and skip towards the end, i show putting the binding piece in and sewing around the borders. Hope that helps! I'm not good at sewing. Is there a problem if you do everything with hot glue? Just use the sewing to sew every page. I want to start producing and selling these books, and I'm not good at sewing, so ask about that. Thank you. Your work is so great.💖💖
@diybusybooks
@diybusybooks 5 күн бұрын
@@alaamarzouk2683 Here is an older video of me putting together a book that was made 100% without sewing, and there are a lot of fun pages you can make that don't require sewing. Some pages do require sewing especially if you are using other types of fabric besides felt. But hot glue and felt work really well together and hold up very strong in my opinion. I think starting with hot glue and felt is a great place to begin and as you sew more and more you will get better and quicker at it! Thanks for watching and Best of luck! ❤️❤️ kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqrGoGOIe9iIbpYsi=68eNKp3MtGSHOwnb

Hi Sarah, just wondering if you need a Cricut Maker 3 (with rotary blade) in order to cut the felt, or if an Explore Air 2(regular blade) will work ok? I am very new to using Cricut.
@diybusybooks
@diybusybooks Ай бұрын
Hi Tracy, I have a Cricut Maker 3 and I use the blue deep cut blade. I have tried the Rotary blade before because I read that you are supposed to use that to cut felt, but it didn't work for me... it didn't cut properly and it would just stop cutting randomly. I am not sure if I did something wrong but I find the blue deep cut blades work great (assuming you are using a "stiff felt", not a soft felt.... I find the soft felts do not cut well on Cricuts). I believe I started out a few years ago with one of the Cricut Explore Air Versions, and it worked but I am finding the Maker 3 to works much better and it is lasting longer. The cuts are cleaner and smoother I find.
