Hey did I miss the part where you explained about the tree/kitten (I'm asusming) patterns? I haven't seen that page to know what it would ideally look like... also I'm JUST learning how to sew, so is there a specific needle you're supposed to use on the sewing machine for the felt? Thanks!

Also for a needle, I use the same needles that they recommend for sewing denim... i forget the exact size yes, you should use thicker stronger needles meant for thicker materials.
