Hey I just figured it out. It will not turn on unless the top is completely closed. Once I did that it worked.

Yes, This is our protective design, you have to close the hopper cover before the motor will run.

For everyone that was duped by this thing. 2 tips: 1. Take it apart THE SECOND you are done using it. 2. Hot water is your best friend to even be able to make the center piece move.

What do I do if the bottom part is stuck and I can’t get it off? it won’t turn on. I’ve waited 30 minutes. I just got the product and used it once and now can’t take it apart.

If it is difficult to disassemble the juicer after use, we suggest that you first reverse rotate the work for 5-10 seconds, and then disassemble the auger much easier. Of course, in order to ensure the tightness of the juicing process, the auger will be firmly embedded with the base when working, so you need to spend some effort to remove it.

It's clear this company is scamming! Everyone is saying and asking the same thing and across multiple platforms. This product is impossible to disassemble. Instead of "apologizing" for a faulty item, you need to be sued for knowingly selling a broken product to consumers. This is a $150 disposal juicer. Use once and throw it away. A complete SCAM!

Try reversing it a few seconds, the take to the feed off. The grinder should be easier to lift. Then the other 2 parts should be easier as well.

Did you have to cut up the fruits before juicing them. I see most people putting the whole orange in without peeling. I’m wondering if that peel gives the orange juice a weird taste.

Depending on your habits, if you want to be more nutritious, adding the peel together is a good choice, but it is difficult to avoid the taste of the peel. If you want to drink well, it is recommended to remove the skin.

Naw. You have to jiggle that shit for about 20 minutes, pull on it for about 10 minutes, pour water in it, give up, and try again to disassemble. 😂
