It's clear this company is scamming! Everyone is saying and asking the same thing and across multiple platforms. This product is impossible to disassemble. Instead of "apologizing" for a faulty item, you need to be sued for knowingly selling a broken product to consumers. This is a $150 disposal juicer. Use once and throw it away. A complete SCAM!

push the reverse button for about 5 seconds and it will lift right out, there's a sticker (small one) which kinda describes it
