Despite the significant role users like myself have played in making Snapchat popular, the platform consistently fails to address our concerns. The customer service is virtually non-existent. When you encounter an issue, you’re met with automated responses and generic apologies, but no real help or solutions. It’s as if Snapchat doesn’t care about its users at all. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially for long-time users who have been with the platform since its early days. Moreover, Snapchat’s policies and guidelines are not only outdated but also discriminatory. They seem to arbitrarily apply their rules, often penalizing users without clear justification. This inconsistency creates a hostile environment where users feel targeted and undervalued. Even more concerning is how dangerous Snapchat has become. The app is filled with sexual content and drug dealers, creating an unsafe environment for all users, especially young people. Despite numerous reports, Snapchat consistently fails to take action. They respond by saying they’ve looked into the reports but claim no guidelines were violated. Yet, when I post something completely innocent, it gets flagged and removed for violating the same guidelines I reported. The hypocrisy and neglect are astounding. While other platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok have clear, fair, and supportive guidelines, Snapchat lags behind, showing no intention of improving. Their disregard for user feedback and their inability to provide basic customer support is unacceptable. I can no longer support a platform that treats its users with such disdain and allows dangerous content to thrive. I urge others to consider switching to more user-friendly and responsive alternatives. Snapchat needs to realize that without its users, it is nothing. They will continue to lose loyal users and potentially face a grim future. Snapchat is not just frustrating; it’s dangerous. This app needs to shut down before it causes more harm. I strongly advise against using Snapchat. It’s a dangerous app. IF you support them, it means you are supporting unfair future and. They are nothing without users. They treat their users as shit and they bleed money. The more money they bleed the worst they become and we are here poor and making them rich and we can’t even buy basic life stuff. We should love ourselves and take care of ourselves and be smarter by quitting them and tell everyone to quit them. Don’t be friend with any Snapchat user till they quit the app.

If listening to extended version of music or a 9-min motivational vid, the ads have a bad rep of timing. They should run ads either only at the start or end of the video.
