Maybe double check that you have eveyrthing updated and make sure the video is longer than 15 seconds!

The same thing happened to me. You just have to wait it out a bit, that's what I did. I waited about an hour and I was good, but that probably varies for everyone. Apparently Android phones were having this issue. I have a Samsung.

Sadly many of us are experiencing this issue. It appears that not all accounts have access to this function yet. I'm not sure if it based on number of followers and or account creation duration. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Figured out part of it has to do with the videos not being 4x5. Disappointing that there's no auto-crop feature. Basically your video needs to be in the same vertical shape/size as when you record a video with your phones camera vertically (A.K.A the worst way to record literally anything).
