You will need to have the complete edition of GTA 4, and use the downgrade tool, and select 1070. It should downgrade the game automatically based on the settings you would choose. You would also need to run the downgrade tool exe as an admin on your PC and to have an internet connection as you begin the downgrade process.

I suggest only installing the Fusion Fix through the downgrade tool. The newest version of Fusion Fix only works on the complete edition of GTA IV. This tutorial uses the 1070 version of the game for LCPDFR.

I use the majority of the same mods found in this tutorial video here. However, I encountered crashes when using the realistic radar script, so I substituted it with the Braveheart radar script available on LCPDFR. Additionally, I removed the APR script, as the Braveheart radar script already includes that functionality. My channel features several tutorials that you may find helpful. However, I'd recommend first learning how to downgrade your copy of GTA IV, and then installing the LCPDFR mod. yo will i be able to launch this version trhough steam, or will i have to use the file directory one? also the radio is glitched for me, when i try to switch radio stations, it just puts the static noise when you switch stations, and the ui for the radio stations will stay up there until i open menu

I recommend using the LaunchGTAIV.exe as Steam may update GTA IV if you launch it from the Steam launcher. Also, I suggest using Andre's GTA IV's downgrade tool where you can select the old radio stations.

Downgrade the game with the downgrader tool by Andre and select the radio settings you want, then place all of the patch 7 files over top of it. I do it twice because I experienced issues with Andre's tool, but using the patch 7 files with it fixes it. You need Andre's tool because it installs xlive, or dsound and things like command line, FusionFix, ZolikaPatch, etc.

Thank you for the positive feedback. I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying the new content, even though it's different from what you were used to on my channel. I've been thinking about changing the content I upload on KZbin for a couple of years now. The main reason for this change is that my previous content lacked variety. I felt like I had exhausted its potential, and I believe my audience will soon want something fresh to enjoy. Additionally, it has become challenging to keep my GTA games updated and interesting with new modifications. I've also consumed so much of that content myself that I think it's time to move on to something more exciting. Another important factor is the KZbin algorithm. Previously, my watch time came from viewers of similar content. However, it now appears that recommendations are based on viewers' entire watch history, rather than just related content. This shift makes it challenging for me to determine exactly how people discover my videos. I'm unsure if the algorithm considers viewers' full watch history, including suggested content, or only their direct watch history. Adapting to this new algorithm will be difficult, as I don't yet fully understand how it works.

If you watch the whole video, you'll see that it's really entertaining. I drop 8 kills in the first minute while discussing the gameplay. It's definitely worth your time, and once you watch the whole thing, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. You only saw 30 seconds of a 12-minute video and said it was the worst commentary ever. If you just want to hate, that's your choice, but if you want to offer constructive feedback so I can improve, please do so.

Hey Joe, I don't even know what to say about each of those Shooting Calls because that's just LSPDFR. In my opinion that's not very legit because a RL LEO is not gonna be involved in 3 OIS's during a shit. I usually like LSPDFR Patrols where you or another LSPDFR Gamer just does a routine Traffic Enforcement | Routine Normal Callouts Patrol Ep. Suggestion: LSPDFR/FiveM Gamers like Doug1637 | Benzo Effect (Blue Line Vibes) | Geoffrey Gamer all have recently done what they are calling a From Scratch Fresh Start w/LSPDFR like getting rid of everything | starting new w/LSPDFR. They have all gotten back to doing LSPDFR recently w/their fresh starts which is cool to see. You might want to try starting fresh. Loved the Ep as always, keep up the amazing amazing content!!

Firstly, thank you for watching and for your feedback. In my experience, the frequency of repeated callouts depends on what the callout developer has programmed. Some developers seem to create callouts that repeat more often than others. Earlier this year, I experienced this myself, where I received the same calls for around 3 months before I was able to change them out and get a variety of 7 different calls during a single shift. I'm considering updating my callout packs soon to address this. Secondly, I've noticed I've been responding to more calls than traffic stops. This is likely due to a few factors. One is that I'm not getting as many ANPR hits anymore, and it's rare for a traffic stop to not result in the driver fleeing for some reason. I'm not sure if this is related to the traffic stop outcome script, but that's probably why they take off so frequently, which wasn't as common before. Earlier this year, I made a lot of modifications to my GTA 5 setup, including adding new graphics, callouts, and a dispatch overhaul. However, I haven't had much time to record lately as I've been working more than usual. One recent change I did make was installing some new Emergency Uniform Pack uniforms, including new fire bunker gear, and I'm in the process of adding Motorola radios for police and emergency medical technicians. In the near future, I hope to install new SWAT uniforms for both the Police and Sheriff's departments, but I'll need to do it gradually to manage my time. Additionally, I'm looking forward to bringing fire patrols to LSPDFR and trying something new with the mod. In conclusion, I appreciate your suggestions and will keep them in mind moving forward. My goal is to finish installing the new EUP uniforms soon so I can start exploring new adventures with LSPDFR.

how do we then change the uniforms after we install this? I have added custom clothing before adding this and it makes some of the outfits a bit broken, how can i change the outfits (on the peds i mean not on my own character)

I can't answer that question because I don't know what pack you are using. Your best bet is to contact the developer of the EUP pack you are using and see how to set it up.

It would depend on what you are replacing. If you want to change a shirt texture, you can find tex_shirtoverlay and change the number using Ultimate Backup or the default backup menu <Component id="11" and then the texture number.

All XML files for different departments can be found in the lspdfr custom folder or in the ultimate backup XML files. Which files you need to change depends on the specific department and the clothing included. Some EUP packs only include a partial uniform pack, while others include the entire uniform. However, it's rare to find a pack that replaces all clothing for a specific department.

While the second installment had more memorable characters and fun gameplay. I briefly played Watch Dogs: Legion, which I'm experiencing for the first time. As for the Saints Row franchise, Saints Row 2 is my favorite, though the original was also excellent. I've played and liked the third and fourth games, but haven't yet finished Gat out of Hell. Did you install the old 1.1 rar version of LCPDFR? Sometimes people install the 1.1 legacy version which may be the issue you are having with your game.

LCPDFR uses a lot of memory to achieve what it does, so it may appear as a virus. I have used both xlive and LCPDFR for a long time and never had any issues.

While there is no direct equivalent to LSPDFR, the closest game would likely be Police Simulator: Patrol Officers. Although it lacks the advanced features of LSPDFR, the game still provides an enjoyable experience. Personally, I believe the highway patrol DLC should have been included in the main game. You can press Alt + P on your keyboard after loading into story mode and the menu will pop up guiding you on how to start your patrol as a cop.
