where can i find more information about juliet&Romep?

Is this a lookup table of corrections for each joint along its full range of motion?
@matsjonsson59352 ай бұрын
Thanks for asking. The legs prevent the picked object to bend loose from the vacuum cup when the robot moves horizontal. 3D print the legs and try it! Good Luck!

It is garlic clove. The items picked are typical items for the 'online food delivery services'.

Man... I know it works, but that thing doesn't instill much confidence. It just looks way to flimsy and alien. Even if the math behind it is solid. If a product isn't able to give confidence at a glance it will be a hard sell to anyone in the market for a picking robot...
@MatsJonsson-wq9eo9 ай бұрын
Hi DerSolinski, All parts in the HKM are built from standard industrial robots components, for example gearboxes, motors and robot cabling. We have been runing it for several years now in long time quality assurance tests and are very happy with the performance of the components. Of course it looks a bit alien as a consequence from being the lightest armsystem on the market that can cover 10 sqrmeters. Together with Cognibotics deep tech competence in advanced motion control and vibration avoidance management I can assure you it does the Pick&Place movements excellent with a record performance! Dont hesitate to contact us and we'll arrange a visit for you to learn more about the HKM1800 in Lund-Sweden, or you will find us at exhibitions in Europe during 2024. See you around! I forgot I had subscribed to the channel and thought it was about maths for a moment. Nice tool changer though.

There is a lots of maths 'behind the movements'. What are your interests?

@0:23 could it be optimized to weld as the carriage passes through? Also, it's interesting to see basically delta kinematics in industrial applications
@cognibotics2695 Жыл бұрын
Yes it is possible to optimise as the carriage is passing through. More information is available at cognibotics.com/sigmatau/

Amazing mechatronics. Wow. I once made an industrial delta robot myself. carbon rods, springs, lots of math. it was difficult.. I want to work in your company))

It's a delta robot sideways. What's revolutionary?
@key20102 жыл бұрын
besides the weight, what advantage does this have over a KUKA or ABB arm robot?
@cognibotics26952 жыл бұрын
The unique feature of the robot is the combination of a long reach, low weight and high speed. Traditional arm robots with a similar reach normally have longer pick cycles and weigh more.
@АнатолийВиноградов-ц3ы2 жыл бұрын
I think, you can enable "vibration supression" option in servodrives. That make more smoothly motions and minimize jerks when the motions end.

You could list some of the Tech Specs in the Description: Range of Motion, Power Requirements, Maximum weight lift, etc. It would be helpful to know such things, to attract more customers. :-)

speed is nice, then what are the absolute and relative tolerances on the full range of motion?
@ivangutowski2 жыл бұрын
really, really cool design, what about repeatable accuracy though ? At 1:46 whilst travelling fast you could see it shaking at the end of movement - that with 7.5kg on the end may struggle after a fair few cycles
@cognibotics26952 жыл бұрын
It may look like a shake but what you most likely see is the 25mm drop movement part of the test program.

Looks designed for pick-n-place, but curious if another version could handle a cutting head with a tool-changer. That requires more than lift, and probably two more axis to work. Something to work toward?
