20 mins of a one hour podcast spent laughing and talking about his college days. Mate most of your audience are busy traders who don't give 2 hoots about his career trajectory. Respect our time. Now watch the barrage of 'but it's free' guys come at me.

Interesting. But Dario is ignoring the negative effects of massive debt, and making a bad analogy to WW2. WW2 debt built factories on US soil that were turned into productivity that paid off the debt. Recent debt has built factories more offshore or went to consumption, not productivity. Also Lacy Hunt has detailed the diminishing returns of new debt financed stimulus actions in US, EU, Jpn & China ; at last count $1 of debt adding only 45 cents to US Gdp, other countries aboujt 35 and 25 cents respectively...Evidenced by by China struggling to stimulate its economy lately.

As a Swede, I can confirm that any pizzeria worth its salt in Sweden does have an option that includes tomato sauce, cheese, pineapple, banana and curry (some pizzerias include ham and peanuts, too). It sounds outright bizarre, but is surprisingly tasty - believe it or not!

This guy is shockingly delusional. He seems to be saying that: 1) interest rates are determined by the market, not determined by central planners at the central bank and 2) the central bank is not going to continue to devalue the currency to fund ongoing government spending and existing government debt. In other words, he completely ignores reality.
