I've owned two atlas 4.0s. I love the helmet, integrated BT and style are awesome, however they do have quality issues. I've had to glue the liner that goes along the bottom edge back on a couples spots on one and yeah they can be a little noisy. Not as much that it warrants as much crying as I hear about it. I've never had a comfort issue or a safety issue with either. Claiming they are unsafe is a joke at this point since they are rated. I think the price point without a sale is a bit much since they do have quality issues...but they also always have sales. My main gripe with the Eox is two versions of the shockwave so they can upcharge you for coms. Beyond that I want to pick one up once they have one in a color I actually want.
