This is just the video that needed to reach me today. I couldn't be more on the same boat. I'm in my 4th active month in real estate. I'm putting a lot in with no return just yet, I've collected a TON of nurtures, but I know I'm going to just keep going. I'm hearing other newbies I started with get lucky closing their first 2 deals already from buyers walking into their open house putting an offer with them & it get accepted. Then on another note: The friendship part you spoke on. I've lost individuals I loved dearly since going all in with real estate. And as much as it hurts sometimes, I just gotta realize we've outgrown each other. I wanna grow & they wanna stay doing the same things. Anthony you're great. I hope one day to grab coffee or lunch with you in Miami.
