What would the monthly HOA dues come to for this place? I'm frankly more concerned about the ongoing cashflow expense than the purchase price. Thanks. Oh, and would the HOA allow the owner to put small potted trees or maybe those and a wooden slatted lattice on the sides of the patios for privacy from the sides, or the one side anyway? And what about a gas or charcoal grill? And one other thing, what are the hours for that pool, for I would ideally like to be up at dawn swimming laps to start the day, would I be able to? Thanks.

What is the monthly HOA ? The reason I ask is because of the new laws that require the management to carry a certain % of escrow to cover the building .

I’ve studied the shit out of this project and I’ve been in this building, fucking nuts. Actually the best condo building ever. These aren’t even condos, these are straight sky homes. Can’t believe how beautiful this place is and how incredible the finishes and units are. Can’t wait until north tower is done. Your videos are great keep it up, you’ll be as big as Jason Matouk and Peter Ancona before you know it man.
