The thought of pushing up those slabs makes my quads hurt. It's too bad that drones are banned on alpine areas here because It's hard to overstate how steep and technical this trail is. The mountain two peaks to the north is a bit more manageable. Well done man!

@TheHauntedspaceship haha my quads are always fine it's my calves. But in the end this is just a little mtn. 😁

I’m interested in this bike, but that integrated handlebar and stem will have to go. Will Trek sell the bike with a regular stem? Not everyone has average body dimensions.
@Projectnortheast
@Projectnortheast 6 күн бұрын
@jimbo6993 the lower end models will probably come with a normal stem and bar set up

@JoeJacksonGT3 These rides are definitely different... I don't like to push the limits in the backcountry as the consequences are much higher and no one around for miles and thousands of feet to help if you screw up

One of you has a rigid Trek Farley on this ride. Does it still work for this kind of downhill without a suspension fork on a fatbike?
@Projectnortheast
@Projectnortheast 8 күн бұрын
@Svenne_Kloppe i mean some of the harsh drops and g outs can be pretty jarring as you can imagine on a full rigid but it can definitely be done for sure. I prefer a fork just for when that surprise hole comes along I'm not ready for and the fork as saved me many times
