2000 SFT *7.5k you mentioned = 15 crore and 50k rent you are saying. You just calculated base price what about amenities, all charges which is coming around 30 lacks to 50 lacs, aprox 2 crores for 2000 SFT.

I took flat in Kiara. Construction is going in timely manner and its value for money in that area. You can take nivasa and do hard bargain and try to get it for 5800 -5900 per sq ft. Kiara you can negotiate to 5400 per sq ft
