When i added the micros(plant health formula) a white cotton like stringy subtance formed immediately which i later found that its the iron thats combining with phosphates in the tank as iron phosphate precipitation which is not available to plants...how do you fix that?>

My old plant health formula had white mushy particles inside after 3 months of usage. So I got a new one. When i opened the new one i already had black particles inside. Does it mean it has gone bad? Expiry date is 2 years from today.
