Okay okay, I love both of these characters dearly and their relationship even but BUT both sides are in the wrong for different reasons of course, Blitzø: Oh my hilarious assassin that I identify with on so many levels. His life from day one has been complying for others benefit but not his own, his father was the main culprit to this type of abuse. He is willing to do anything to have someone love him even if it truly does bother him deeply. We saw in the episode where him and Moxxie got drugged where anyone he knew that he tried to have some form of a relationship with seemed to rub salt in the wounds he had obtained over time, but you don’t want to do things alone, Blitzo, you tried the solo act it didn’t work out so well, you shove away anyone who gets too close until you treat them like a shit sniffing snob, are you afraid to love people Blitzy? Yes yes yes of course the one time he tried to do something that would make him happy confessing his feelings to Fizzarolli it literally went down in flames and he lost everyone that actually cared about him, his mother, his sister, and his best friend. He is very capable to show compassion and overall protection of the ones he cares about, with Fizz even before they made up in the episode where they get kidnapped, when striker got a hold of the jester in his presence you could see how angry he became at the fact that someone was going to hurt him in real time. Even trying to point the blame at the fire being an accident, he finally broke and told him the truth, his apology towards him was heart wrenching to hear and before the goon grabbed him behind he was going to say that he did hate himself, when he got home from Ozzie’s, every single picture he has of the ones he cares about has him completely scribbled out with a permanent black marker. The phrase you can’t love anyone else if you don’t love yourself reigns true completely for Blitzø, the only person he really can love is his beloved daughter who was an outcast just like him and he was very willing to help her in a heartbeat. I’d go as far to say his scar on his face is a representation of his two sides the red being the tough asshole and the white being the loving person he truly is under it all. He snaps at Stolas because of the fact that his love for him doesn’t seem reciprocated he’s just Stolas’ sex toy right nothing more than a peasant used for his sexual needs, how was he supposed to know that Stolas actually valued him? Stolas: My lovely little birdy, being born to also comply with everything handed to him since he was a child, including marrying the most vile woman that’s really ever in the show. The happiness he displays after Blitzø admits to having sex with him in front of his wife was pure gold. The only good thing that came from that relationship was Octavia, his daughter that he loves with all his heart and soul. He also hates himself and hides his pain, even when he got ready for the club and Blitzø pretty much said he was overdressed it seemed that he was ashamed of his attire even though he thought to himself he might look handsome in it. A pink bottle of happy pills keeping him together so he doesn’t spill over how he feels, honestly his behavior is no longer cheery without them, his true fears and negative emotions show as clear as glass than before like they didn’t exist. The deal was a way to keep his beloved near him but soon he realized what he was doing was wrong and he desperately needed to fix it and once he gave it a try, he finally realized how much damage he had created for the only person he romantically loved. Running away from it was the best way for him to not have to deal with it and making Blitzø feel like he was the one in the wrong for honestly reading the arrangement as it was didn’t do him any favors and it shouldn’t. The two know they love each other but they’re too broken to treat each other as if they do leading to the absolute mess that we ended up with in the last episode apology tour.

I haven’t finished the video so if I later disagree with something oh well but I do know so far this much: OMG THANK YOU FINALLY SOMEONE WHO GETS IT! As well as the pilot VAs handled being basically DITCHED I doubt a single one of them wasn’t at least slightly internally upset. Like how shitty do you have to be to replace your whole cast instead of giving them a VERY HUGE and IMPORTANT spotlight that would’ve let them take off. (The only change I would’ve accepted would’ve been giving Angel Dust a seperate VA for just singing because I’m sorry but Micheal Kovach cannot sing even with auto tune as much as I love his speaking voice. It wouldn’t be a first either because in MLP for example Pinkie Pie has her normal VA and someone who does the singing)

with the bathtub snakes, the problem isnt the subject of the snakes itself but the promotion of a child in a sexual scenario. By drawing and posting that, it’s going “it’s ok to think of a child in this way,” which is gross. That’s my personal take on it.

I didnt agree throughout the video untill you mentioned that Cherri bombs actor and the other voice actrors couldnt speak in their characters voice in a live stream to fund a funeral because Viv was more concerned about her IP causing the stream to gain less money that is should have gotten. What and dick move.

There is one thing about that alleged leaked email of Vivzie firing all the previous voice actors that bothers me moreso than it probably should. Everyone is copied on that email. It's not BCC'd to each one individually, it's all there for everyone in the group to see. So it's not just the one voice actor learning he/she got the axe, but knowing who else did too.

I think the fandom in which her shows has accumulated should tell people enough about Vivienne💀 I dont mean to condem and shun the entire fandom but i have not met a single Hazbin hotel or Helluva Boss fan who wasnt a complete jackass on a social media app(think of the average twitter user overly rude, ignorant, and socially inept), a minor who concerningly over indulged in the very adult themes of the show, or a full blown pervert(indulging in a fandom with dozens of minors, exclusively with people who are definitely minors) I know we cannot stop people from doing the things that they do online, especially unmonitored children- who's parents failed to restrict and monitor their children...but i feel like Viv should've made a statement despite knowing she cant stop kids from reaching her content, i find it disturbing when i see kids idolize Angel dust and his abuser?? and the very present themes of sex kids are also beinf expose to, it isnt Viv's job to parent an bunch of children but come on now i think that is the downfall of all colorful adult cartoons especially 'Indie' ones...intended for adult but realistically we all know kids and teens watch the shit and adults who never left their 2020 era💀

I think the entire writing of this series hinges on the balance of what they do with Stolas. The final product is either going to end up a masterpiece with heavy commentary on so many interesting topics. Or it will be an insansative victim blaming disaster.

I’d defended Spindlehorse a few times on account of employees seeming to be a bit frustrated sometimes when it came to allegations about the company, but taking into consideration that most of them likely haven’t had actual jobs prior and don’t know what the standard is I can completely see why they would be frustrated even if the allegations are true. My heart breaks for those employees. I’m in a space alongside a lot of aspiring indie creators and have animator friends who dream of applying to Spindle. I’ve done everything I can to discourage them on a basis of “don’t meet your heroes”, but now I’m going to try even harder. I don’t want to see my passionate friends taken advantage of, I myself have had my passion for projects taken advantage of. Truly so heartwrenching.
