Once they get going theyre ok, but getting them lit is really really hard. And a hell of a lot of smoke comes out of my burner into my home before it catches. I have to leave for 3/4 of an hour at least before the smoke dies down

On my narrowboat home of 13 years I use a multifuel Woodwarm fireview stove as the main heating. Keep lit 24/7 in the depths of Winter. Mine has a backboiler heating 2 radiators in my 50ft long trad. I use Oxbow red. Find it very good. Just bought some multiheat to try as cheaper. £10.92 for 20kg. Seems to need more air than other fuels, ash we'll see.

I have had a log burner for 3 years and enjoyed it. First year i found a supplier that did big bags,bags that were way bigger than the usual builders bags and the cost was 130 quid,over the winter i purchased 3 of them. The 2nd year that same bag went up to 150 quid a bag,ok tis what it is i thought and again bought around 3 bags for last winter. Other week the same supplier said price gone up mate,ok what to,its now 225 a bag. Not a cat in hells chance am i paying that. Im now the proud owner of a multi fuel stove,and a user of the very same stuff you use here,fun fact i live 2.2 miles from ace energy, and had my first coal delivery by the owner,an owner who is an elderly gent a gent who'd you would not expect to be delivering as he owns the company. But he loves being out and meeting his customers. Top man i say,oh and the coal to me is great stuff,burns longer and lasts way longer than wood. Woodburner is in garage. And 250 kg of coal delivered and tipped in the bunker for 170. Cant beat that
