Watch the original Pet Cemetery. It very much resembles the same themes of Silent Hill. Especially towards the end. Thank me later 😊

The game is amazing. The only 9/10 horror game in 10 years for me. The only things I didn't like is changing Maria's deaths and that she was much more convincing/played better in the original in almost every dialogue. I was disappointed after hearing famous "Anyway! What do you mean anyway" and music in this scene was better in og too.

Mods make doom a lot better than the steam enhanced version because more love and care goes into them from real lovers to doom. All these enhanced version on steam even night dives studios n64doom remaster are all lacklustre and only made them to get a quick buck I've seen them all look better from mods at least they really enhanced the textures without changing the look by keeping it the same but redoing new textures in higher resolution even the voxel mod was a big breakthrough for doom. I also find the new remix music for the doom enhanced was that i couldn't recognised half the music even though they are just the same music but revamped so i switch back to the original

I just wished Santa Monica would remaster the Greek trilogy for PS5 and PC. Same for the PSP titles. Those are underrated. GOW Ascension didn't do much to innovate the series past the formula. It was more focused on The Multiplayer. But if they classic TR games got a remaster and we got the Master collection of MGS, I think it's only fair to expect Santa Monica to give the same treatment to the classic God of War games. That's just my opinion.

The person behind the game did no voice acting on purpose as a tribute to Banio Kazooie. The sequel did add voice acting and musical numbers since there was a big demand for it, Purple Lamp are hoping the game sells well so they can fix the sequel and make it a much better experience

Damn I forgot how good we were eating for these darker Disney Reimaginings in the 2000s. A flawed game for sure, but I would've loved to see how far this concept could've gone with full commitment in the sequel, though from what I hear it got dialled back into a kinda bland co-op game. Another brilliant, very fair review, brother. Love the variety of games you're hitting

I think button mashing is a term used very much with the older games, I do not agree with that, this "problem" is easily solved by playing on a higher difficulty, which will make you use new combos and appreciate how deep the combat mechanics of this game really are, not to mention the secondary weapons, the hammer being slow but strong and giving gold orbs, while the spear having a great distance and allowing you to launch enemies simply by pressing triangle, and giving blue orbs when killing enemies

Thanks brother, do you like GoW 3 more than the 2 games in the reboot series?
@EdgeHubPremium3 ай бұрын
@@ToshioHasegawa9 Definitely, they're hard to compare after the total genre shift but I think GoW 3 is the original trilogy's format firing on all cylinders. Whereas GoW 2018 to me is an interesting if flawed new foundation for the series that could've been cool and potentially surpass GoW 3 upon further entries if built upon but sadly in my eyes Ragnarok is a backslide in almost every way. Worth playing though, and I'm definitely interested to see how you feel about them.

Astro Bot was a solid game for me. I couldn't help but be amazed at every new environment gameplay mechanic, and it's insane the depths that Team ASOBI have plumbed to reference Sony's gaming and entertainment history (with a certain glaring exception that I hope will be rectified in free DLC at some point /cope). While I could nitpick a couple things I would have liked to have seen the game do through its runtime, it 100% deserves the hype it's getting and I'm glad I got to experience it.

I thought it was a good RPG. It did everything i expect an RPG to do. (Bugs included) I had no expectations of it rivaling a game in any other genre. Probably why i enjoyed it. Hopefully Ubisoft doesn’t abandon this game as is their nature it seems.

I had my time in my late teens and early 20s playing stuff like Halo and CoD. But when I was a kid, my uncle had doom II on his PC and I remember playing it anytime I was at his house. Disillusioned with modern gaming, I went back in my adulthood to playing Doom II and Quake, and I don't think there has ever been an FPS released that has improved on these two games. Anytime a new overproduced, big budget, AAA game comes out: I compare it to Doom II and Quake and ask myself, "is this more fun than those old games?". The answer is always no.

tatooine is phenomenal. Jabbas palace was EPIC. Tusken raiders, Jawas to trade with, the Sarlaac Pit.....So many people hating are missing out on a great game. Has many flaws but the fan service is crazy. I think it def appeals to a certain audience though as well. I grew up in the late 80's and this reminded me so much of the original trilogy, i am really enjoying it.

Spot on review, I was expecting Far cry with blasters, not Jedi survivor without light sabers, after trying a playthrough then starting over, I was starting to "get" the game and eking out some fun, but the glitches got too many, too annoying, and finally, after a video driver update created a memory leak which made the graphics, the only really cool part of this game, go muddy as a 1995 game, I decided to let it sit in my queue until a few more patches get released...

Another fantastic review, sir! Its genuinely shocking that Ubi Massive somehow managed to backslide the quality of their TPS combat to such an extreme from the Division games to Outlaws. I was really holding out hope they'd come out of nowhere with a great release here, but sadly it seems Outlaws might be just another reason to mourn the cancellation of 1313. I look forward to what you bring us next week, keep it up man.

No it's a garbage review. Moaning about lack of weapons did you see Han Solo running around with a roster of weapons. Shall I continue. Clueless.
@EdgeHubPremium4 ай бұрын
@@rad6666 Han Solo is on screen for 1 hour and 12 minutes total in the original trilogy, this is a 40 hours-ish game. In the movies, we get to experience variety in weapons and problem solving through multiple protagonists. In this game, we are restricted to one, ergo variety must come from this one individual to keep things fresh for a medium that requires way higher time investment and active engagement. Lack of weapon variety is a very fair critique, and plenty of star wars media portrays rogues/scoundrel type characters with a hell of a lot more in their arsenal than this. So yeah, feel free to continue if you have actual valid complaints :)
@rad66664 ай бұрын
@EdgeHubPremium What a load of tosh. I've read all of the canon Star Wars novels. He/they do not have a variety of weapons at their disposal. It's quite embarrassing as a Star Wars fan that you would type such rubbish just to suit your narrative with no facts.
