There are thousands of people, may be professionals of different kinds but not health professionals, who come to videos like this to get the straight facts. It would be good if the doctor is not primarily concerned with showing off, trying to put on an accent by puckering their chin, and trying to be clever (and confusing, to these viewers who are trying to get the basics of nutrition) by saying contrary things like, 'the best way to increase the body insulin levels is to eat a high carbohydrate diet' with a serlf-satisfied smirk. And the viewer is thinking, 'hunh, so we should increase our insulin?' 'This is whezzh my harmone doctor hat comes out', she says, with that psycho look, @0:35. Why don't you just wear your normal human hat? And so on .. this lady's inferiority complex never ends! If you 'azzume' that your viewers are so ignorant that you have to explain why protein is important for the body, then this is not the audience on whom you dump all that you have learned about DNA. Yeah, she's putting info out there, like a doctor should, but she's really distracting with her 'I' bhaav. In other words, her ego. Quite irritating, so stressful for any self-respecting viewer.

I appreciate the down to earth tone and approach of this conversation. I don’t need fireworks and special effects. I want expert insight that isn’t sensationalized or driven by commercial sponsors.

They're caked full of crap and parasites eating starches and dairy. I eat fruit and alkaline produce and fermented foods. I'm not overweight!

Mam, what is glycemic index?

Very true, there are chemicals in our brain to which these sugars and salts (sodium) appeal to, which is why you feel the pleasure and stay addicted!

Last 3 minutes was amazing - The 'Adult Protein Malnutrition Syndrome' is real and it impacts Indians with several diseases. Unable to gain muscle and having esophageal acid reflux were two issues I was facing due to high-carb diet and have significantly resolved it by changing my diet to low-carb and high-protein, high-fiber and low-sugar and low-sodium. Where can we see you full podcast? And can I get a virtual appointment with you?

I just cut out all grains, starches in general and dairy and other acid forming foods and eat alkaline produce including fruit and greens. Greens are full of amino acids! No need to kill for me!

ATP Means?
@DrroshanisanghaniАй бұрын
ATP, or adenosine triphosphate, is often called the "energy currency" of the body. It’s the molecule your cells use to power everything from exercising to conducting meetings. Think of it as the fuel your body runs on-it’s made in the mitochondria, the energy powerhouses of your cells. Without ATP, your body wouldn’t be able to function, even for a few minutes.
