Last 3 minutes was amazing - The 'Adult Protein Malnutrition Syndrome' is real and it impacts Indians with several diseases. Unable to gain muscle and having esophageal acid reflux were two issues I was facing due to high-carb diet and have significantly resolved it by changing my diet to low-carb and high-protein, high-fiber and low-sugar and low-sodium. I just cut out all grains, starches in general and dairy and other acid forming foods and eat alkaline produce including fruit and greens. Greens are full of amino acids! No need to kill for me!

There are many plant based foods that are dense in protein like tempeh. Its very important to see through the bs of conversations like this.

Do you really want outsource your health to 3rd parties, such as doctors, health "experts, health "practitioners " etc etc? Who is the only expert on your body?? YOU are! You have been living with it all your life and it does talk to you if you listen instead of listening to these people who have no clue about how YOU function. Listen and hear your body. It will tell you.Don't you forget it!! Every few years these people come out with the "latest research" telling you what you should/n't eat. Eat more/less fat, eat more/less carbs, drink this/Don’t drink that and they all contradict each other. Frankly, it's all very confusing!!! Cut out the noise. Unsubscribe from all this social media, news, reports etc. It will drive you bonkers as well as to all ill health. Do what ancestors did: Eat natural home cooked wholefoods cooked ftom scratch Grow your own fruits and vegetables Cut out processed foods. Especially, seed oils, obesogens etc Don’t eat in front of a tv or on your device. Move more. Walk more in nature, get out in the sun, swim in cold salt water where possible, get some fresh sea air Cut out sugar. Remove completely. It's a chemical poison and acidic. Spend time with loved ones. Talk more, play more, love more. Take care and love your parents. Forgive, forgive, forgive. Only one life. LIVE and ENJOY it.
