About you using the grater, for demonstration pyrposes please use the handguard. You're very well practiced, but not everyone is as skilled at not grating their own digits. I have seen what happens when a hand gets grated. It's not pretty.

I have a hand in which 1 finger is not beautiful, it happened when I was less than 1 month old in an accident, it did not come from my cooking. @HaChisSimpleRecipe I am not complaining about your hands, just you setting a good example. Hand guards are helpful especially for beginners who may likely try following your recipes and I know you're experienced but they aren't. I don't want someone to hurt themselves.
