Makes me miss when I had my 5.9 muffler delete setup. I was told the lack of back pressure could damage the stock engine; so, I put on the Flowmaster Super 10, single in dual out. Is that true about the back pressure damaging a stock engine, without reinforced lifters, valves, and such?

That’s not a SRT. It’s not even a scat pack either just an upbadged RT. Doesn’t it even sound like a 6.4 when reving and it only has 160 on the dash. And then the customer some how makes a 5.7 sound bad on top off that Lmaoo.

The x pipe on the original set-up, did that come with the borla exhaust or was that added to it? What exactly is the part if its not borla

I just got a 98 with the 305 vortech I’m wanting to keep a single muffler and add a 4 inch tip,would this muffler be better than a single flow master 40 for that deep tone

He’s gonna hate it after a while. I did for my Camry TRD it got extremely annoying later on. I recommend putting a magna flow or borla resonator. I went magna flow and it sounds so much better now.
