Hi, thank you for the video. I am new in knitting and i wonder when you said keep shifting. Does it mean you repeat [1p 2k, 2p 2k] or [1p 2k, 2p 2k, 1 k 2p, 2k 2p] Because i am doing the shift between [1p 2k, 2p 2k] and i am not sure if it's becoming spiral. Thank you in advance!

Great video! I used my Swiss Army knife to cut them. It makes a quick cut and has a thinner blade. I also used the broken piece to make fishtail shapes for another project.

Hi Elin, I just made some avocado buttons. I was wondering if you wash your clothing with these buttons.. does it give off color? As avocado pits are also used as a natural dye. If yes, is there a way to prevent the color from leaching onto the fabric? Is there like a natural and durable way to seal the avocado buttons so they can endure washing and don't / or no longer give off color? What has your experience been like, after using them for some time now? Kind regards, L

These are cute! And you can make tea out of the husk and the pit pcs that weren't suitable for buttons.

I like the unevenness of the buttons. Maybe those ones can be used in a craft item like a tote or bag or pillow case or a one-button top. Like how you showed how to remedy imperfections. Good video.

First video of yours I've seen, and I love the verse at the end 😊 One question: do you know if the buttons will wash well in a machine, or should they only be used on a hand wash item?

since avocado pits can be used to dye cloth, isn't it possible that the buttons could dye the clothes when they get washed? especially on light garments.

Very glad about halfway through the video you stopped drilling right next to your hand! If anyone wants to prevent the rotating button problem by not holding it, a piece of tape over the entire thing will do the trick, you'll still see the button outline with a blue tape too
