This looks like a wonderful project to cast on soon. I am however a bit confused about which technique you use when knitting stockinette stitch, i see that sometimes you knit through the back loop and others through the front. is this a special way of knitting? I am surprised you don´t get twisted stitches. Just curious. Looking forward to knitting this soon 😊

Hi thank you so much! Haha I understand you are confused, I knit the stiches in the back loop because I purl them in a weird way when knitting stockinette (which I find to be easier)🙈 so I figured if I knit them in the back loop they end up not being twisted😆 happy knitting!

When working under the arm, do you do increases or decreases? If so, how many cm should I knit before I begin my increases/decreases, and is it different from the purple sweater ( I'm knitting the purple one).

Question when finishing one shoulder panel & moving onto the next..are we to face the work on the wrong side towards us so that the cable can be correct and stay to the neckline as the other?

So on the other shoulder (after completing the first shoulder) you start on the cable pattern first, then the increases after the cable? To flip the design to be the same correct?

Hi! Yes that’s how I did it😄 you could start on the other side as well as long as you make sure to get the cable and increases in the right spots👌🏻

Hi, sorry if it was unclear! Not sure exactly what you were wondering, but I started doing the cable on round 3 I think, after 5 rows I did the first increase and kept increasing every 4th row. 18 cm in total. Feel free to ask more if something is still unclear🤗

No problem! If you mean after all the decreases on the body then I had 132 stiches (and then decreased some more for the ribbing) 😊

Sister in the first part....after how many rows do we have to decrease the chain (2nd decrease at what row n 3rd decrease at what row did u do...I have done the 1st decrease (2 chains on each side)

Hi, did you mean the decreases on the sides of the top panels? If yes, then I decreased the second decrease about the 15th row and the 3rd decrease on the 24th row I think😅 but it doesn’t really matter as long as you do it somewhere before connecting the back and front panels🤗 Hope that helped!

Hi, sure, I even wrote it wrong so no wonder you ask🫣 I meant decreases. And that I had done decreases on either side of the body (2 per round), 3 times. (Where you see the markers) Hope that clearified🤗

I understand, it’s a little hard to see, but from the last twisted stich you count 6 loops including the one on your needle, hope it helped! You could search up a tutorial spesificly for twisting if you are still unsure☺️
