There is no judgement in yoga... Ahimsa - non-violence or compassion and kindness is the first rule of yoga. Unfortunately many have been conditioned to judge, to jump to conclusions that are not based in truth (satya, the second rule of yoga) and only based on false first impressions based on the senses. Namaste.

Excellent class! Poses were great with variations for every level. Her talking through the class was inspiring (like getting through the discomfort of Lizard) and loving like at the end. Great teacher - thank you ❤️

51:00 Yep too much muscle but dont worry mate, eventually ur body will adapt and get in line. I would recommend lion's roar as a good pose to make quick progress as far as sticking heart and neck out, let shoulders hang and getting used to having shoulder blades together and focus on letting them hang instead of pulling them up and getting a bit of a hunchback. namaste

@@CindaLark Good to hear! I recently found out protecting ur heart by turning it inwards (due to trauma's) and/or not being aware and neglecting ie the psoas muscles and/or sitting too long bend over in front of the computer (thus creating an anterior pelvic tilt) arent the only reasons coz when one is too much into fight or flight all the time which is in our DNA obv u pull ur shoulders up to protect the vulnerable spot which is the neck... once the tiger will get a hold of ur neck its game over;)
