@@nancywehrung3943 yes they were zipped but they also expand if needed like a suitcase. There were two different types too. One set doesn’t have the extra expansion.

Erika, you can always wear your jacket that lightens the weight in your suitcase. One less pair of shoes my friend. Leave your jacket and wear your swetter that will help with the weight. I dont wear much makeup so very little to pack. You do need your medicine bag for sure. Have yourself a wonderful time. Angels of protection around you and your family as you travel. When I was a teen decades ago, my fam was watching WofO. At the scene where D was trapped in the witches tower, crying as she watched the sand timer, awaiting her end, my Mom said “Silly Girl! She should be PRAYING!” Us kids all said “Oh Mom! It’s only a movie!!”, but turns out what she said stuck with me my whole life!

I heard at end of vid you had a plan to re-home your items!😅 I can’t watch decluttering that is wasteful and irresponsible! I live alone and don’t have a junk drawer 😂 One thing you can do with random measuring cups is keep them with flour, sugar, rice bins etc and use as scoops.

Hey friend! Love the shelves you added!! Perfect way to hold and display his collectibles. We love wizard of oz over here. It's been Emma's favorite movie since she was 2. You can imagine the weather here in AZ hot & dry 😅 his room looks great! I've been avoiding upstairs but I plan to help the kids get their spaces cleaned and organized before school starts. Tfs ❤

It's okay trust me at 43 I am entering an enlightened stage of my life, I feel like such a LATE BLOOMER. I promise it's not complaining, I'm just trying to figure things out. I want to live simple and I'm getting there, it's all about my journey =)

I have a 16 and 12 year old. I’m going to help them soon declutter the clothes in their closets and dressers. We are going to Portugal the end of the month so I need to see if I need to buy clothes for the trip.. Great motivation video 😊😊

Hi Erika, Mikey room came out so good, really like that shelf. You can get a guitar stand for his many guitars that might help some. Your hubby under the bed was so cute and to hear you laughing was nice too. The weather here has been over 100 the other day it was 108 with the heat index. Hi Lisa! TYSM! He was so happy with his room. I do need to figure out what to do w his guitars. I want to tuck them in the closet but my hubs thinks they should be out, ahhhh! I have to compromise sometimes lol. I do want to add more hooks to that particular wall, maybe that will help some. It’s definitely a hot summer, I’m ready for fall 💕

Wow looks fantastic! Our oldest grandchild lives with us, he is 10. His bedroom is also for the other grandies but mainly his. He is fantastic at decluttering/letting go of things but likes NanaNoel to do all the cleaning hehehe! We are in the process of putting a shelf up for all his Godzilla's etc. too. He stained it himself and one for my mums laundry who lives next door. Have a wonderful week. Love how gorgeous your boys room looks!!!!!!

I get it! C is 14 and I found the best way to keep his room clean is to make sure he doesn't have a lot of stuff in it...hahaha I know it's not ideal but it's what works for us :)

I love seeing all the declutter and organization. I also enjoy seeing the things you guys make or D.I.Y. Reminds me of the good shows on TLC. Ouch that must of been scary. I do have teenager too lol.
