Hello Friends! This will be my last rental property video, I will be doing a 3 Day Clean with Me to get it all done and turn over the keys to my tenets. We're DONE and we couldn't be more ecstatic that it's finally ready to rent out. Although we planned to purchase an investment property we didn't think it would happen so soon after our big move. We recently moved from Arizona to Texas and downsized (2800 sq ft to 1200 sq ft). Yay for having this home rented. You mentioned from another video that it’s a family member right? How has that been having them as a rental? We would like the home we bought in Texas in 2022 as the future rental and we’ll upgrade to a bigger home when we’re ready. lol.

Hey Roxy! It's actually been great having our family there. One day soon I'll talk a little about that situation, it's a special situation. Your plan is a great one. That's what we did when we purchased our 2nd home, we kept this smaller one and upgraded. I almost wish we would have kept the larger one and sold this smaller one. I loved my 2nd home, I actually just drove by it today with a heavy heart.
