Morning Niki, I'm a latecomer to your channel but totally empathise with your situation, I've always been an active cyclist in the past but now find myself suffering from physical limitations that I won't go into here. My solution was an ebike, a real game changer for me it means I can still keep those pedals turning, looking forward to catching up with your journey.

Hey Alan, lovely to hear from you! Yes ebikes are amazing! Please do catch up with my latest vids, I did the classic Coast to Coast at the end of September! It was incredible…but that’s a lot of hard work and healing in between this vid and that…We met many peoples with ebikes during the C2C which was lovely to see so many people still out riding….

Hi Niki, you are a true inspiration. I have a ??? for you, are you pretty much off all the Trigeminal nerve pain meds after using curable and meditating & exercise etc.. I'm just curious as i'm just starting on recovery for Trigeminal.

Thank you Gary, that’s so kind. Yes I’m on a very very small dose of morphine now and TCA, I need neither but tapering has been challenging. Worse than the pain in some ways (and you know I don’t say that lightly!). In terms of pain meds I need nothing, maybe the odd anadin extra/aspirin for the odd headache that doesn’t respond to meditation and heat straight away or if I’m somewhere it’s harder to do that. These neurogenic headaches used to need injectable sumatriptan & were utterly incapacitating. How life changes. I very very much hope it will for you as well! Feel free to keep in touch.

Dear Niki Jones; I just watched your “Curable” recovery from trigeminal neuralgia video. Long story, but I believe my issue was caused from beginning MS. I am better all the time, (total holistically, no surgery,) from MS and Right Trigeminal, but still occasionally experience a flare up..I guess like Paul talked about, “a thorn in my side.”
