جناب میری بیٹی ‏f4 کیٹاگری میں ایج اؤٹ ہو گئی تھی ابو تنہا ہو گئی ہے اور اس کا پاکستان میں کوئی نہیں ہے تو کیا کسی طریقے سے وہ امریکہ جا سکتی ہے جب کہ اس کی ایجوکیشن صرف میٹرک پاس ہے اس کے والدین اور بہن بھائیوں کے پاس گرین کارڈ موجود ہے مگر مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ اگر ہم کی سپلائی کریں گے تو اس میں بہت ٹائم لگ جائے گا کئی سال لگ جائیں گے تو کیا کوئی ایسا طریقہ ہے کہ وہ جلدی چلی جائے امریکہ جبکہ بغیر شادی شدہ ہے‏f4 کیٹیگری میں ان 21 سال سے زیادہ ہو جانے کی وجہ سے اس کا ویزا نہیں لگ سکا برائے کرم جواب ضرور دیجئے گا پھر ہم اپ سے کانٹیکٹ کریں گے

The priority date just to file application is January 2021 so if your perm was filed in 2021 you can apply now but if you start your perm now just to file for green card it will take 4 years to current. I had to wait 4.5 years and I started in 2019 and now backlogged cases are increasing every year don’t forget only 10,000 green card are available every year for eb3-unskilled and right now only pending cases are to much don’t make a wrong choice please consult proper lawyers inside USA and visa bulletain the fee is to high

I went through same process I took 4.5 years it’s backlogged for atleast 3.5 years and only perm is taking 18months right now it’s taking 6years for new applicants please don’t give wrong information and everyone please follow proper authentic pages and follow Reddit posts you guys will know

Sab jhoot ha US Pakistani ko visit nai day raha mera apna experience ha ma na khud interview dia ha visa ratio 10% b nai ha aur wo koi documents nai dekhatay is saal 5 lakh visit visa application received hui han US embassy na bataya ha aur waste of money ha dont apply US visa. Agent sa apply karwain ya kud karain zero result ha is sa bhater ha Romania ka apply krain
