The priority date just to file application is January 2021 so if your perm was filed in 2021 you can apply now but if you start your perm now just to file for green card it will take 4 years to current. I had to wait 4.5 years and I started in 2019 and now backlogged cases are increasing every year don’t forget only 10,000 green card are available every year for eb3-unskilled and right now only pending cases are to much don’t make a wrong choice please consult proper lawyers inside USA and visa bulletain the fee is to high
