Sounds like USA is more democratic than UK where there is no right of an appeal so people have to apply for Permission to Appeal. As of 10.07.2024 the High Court known as the Royal Court of Justice is closed to the public just like all other courts in England. All the jobs are sent online which is not fit for purpose.

I have been referred by attorneys and government agencies to be told they don't help with cases like mine. I have no money and need help before it's to late. The county/attorney sold my dads house under unknown heirs when the deed was put solely and legally in my dads name in 2018. He passed 2020. An attorney put together a file for me to forward to an attorney in hopes I find one to help me resolve my situation asap. She said she wasn't equipped for a case like mine where the government was doing us wrong. Thr attorney that sold the property wants us to sign a waiver and a deed saying they will try and get us the surplus funds. They mishandled the forcloser and didnt follow the laws to steal our Inheritance because we are poor. It's not right and we deserve justice. We deserve to get help with this corruption.

Hello I'm in Effingham County GA and I really need to find out if the laws in GA apply to the GA eviction law. I was illegally evicted and it came out the blue. I was issued the eviction notice and answered to it I had my court date less than 2 weeks later just went to court yesterday I was give 7 days to leave. I was not even heard. My landlord got to talk and I just cried and couldn't even collect myself and then it was over. I'm still in shock please if the law is different in GA
