Cracking set of images Andrew, particularly liked the images at 9:34. Good to see someone out exploring woods that are not on everyone's radars some videos show. atb Alan

Great video, Andrew. I particularly liked the image 'whispers in the light', very dreamy. I'm guessing a few weeks later the woodlands will look different again.

Many thanks Andy - sorry for the late reply as we’re out in the van miles away from internet !! Thanks for joining me on the wander and yes indeed 🍂- when we return it will have changed for sure 🍁

Lovely stuff Andrew. I like how you got a bit closer and concentrated on the branches and foliage in the first couple of images - something a bit different. They were all great though; I love the light in the image at 9:30. I was out capturing similar scenes this morning - it was the second attempt but the forecast finally came good and I got some fog this morning. Just a regular location though, not a famous TV set! 😀

Thanks for watching Robert and glad you found the images interesting - we both know how tricky woodland photography can be and it’s a challenge indeed. Glad you got the weather you wanted - it’s been a rarity this year but hopefully with autumn upon us we will see more Misty mornings . Thanks again

I've recently been watching a programme called Brassic (Sky) and every five minutes or so seemed to be saying to my wife, that's such a place. It's filmed in various areas around GM and Lancashire but amazing what you can recognise from even a fleeting glimpse on screen. Lovely images mate, couple of those could have easily been watercolour on canvas, beautiful light touch processing.

Thanks Dave and location scouting would be job I’d love to do ! There’s many a dramatisation I e watched and recognised the location and when our in the van or with the camera come across so many spots that would be great for tv. Glad you enjoyed the images and thanks for watching 👍🏻

That looks like a lovely woodland area made all the more interesting with the misty conditions. You captured some really nice characters in this one mate , the first image at 2:25 was really nice and a fitting title i thought . Really liked the image in that clearing at 9:29 . Conditions looked almost perfect that day and you certainly made the most of it. Really nice mate enjoyed that. Take care !!

Glad you enjoyed it Lee and it’s a favourite spot to visit when the mist descends. And yes near perfect conditions- just needed the sun to break through for those light rays but cannot be greedy 🤣🤣 Thanks again and have a good week 👍🏻

Great stuff Andrew - I see a lot of photos of Saltburn on Sea at my local photography club, and despite being on my list for a few years now, I still haven't made it up there. Looks like a very photogenic place and you made the most of it. I do really like that composition looking down the cable car/lift thing with the pier beyond and I also really liked your last image with all the huts. Glad you had your iPhone to the rescue! You're going to have to get a spare battery mate! 😝
@AndrewHamiltonPhotography13 күн бұрын
Yep you’d love it there Robert - also a spot I’d return to off season (these were taken August) when it’s far quieter. I’d left the spare battery in the van !! Thanks for watching mate 👍🏻

Great video Andrew! I really enjoy the caravan videos but also love to see you out with the camera. Lovely beach, but very strange for me to see a nearly deserted beach after living in Florida, California, and Hawaii...never happens in those places! I had a laugh with the extra heavy breathing while walking on the sand...it'll really take it out of you! Another great collection of images, that castle is amazing! Really enjoyed it pal. Hope you are well. We'll have to set up another chat before the election madness begins over here! Chat soon!
@AndrewHamiltonPhotography24 күн бұрын
Much appreciated Paul and funnily enough there were quite a few people on the beach but small in comparison to Florida standards !! Had to photoshop them out and that’s why I prefer sunrise when it’s very quiet . It’s a lovely spot and been there before for sunrise but you have to time the tide right to make sure it’s at a high point for the best images IMO . Look forward to a catch up soon too !! All the best mate and speak soon .

Good to see you pop up mate, been a while. I've never photographed on the east coast other than Skegness, surprised me slightly to see the sun setting in a couple of your shots, but having checked the map to see where Saltburn is, I can see that pier extends more NE so makes sense in the height of summer that you can get it in there.....some lovely light from it too. 100% I knew when that lady popped into shot that she was going to end up quizzing you, been there so many times, know the look haha. Hope you and the family have had a fabulous summer.

Great stuff Andrew, fantastic images despite no high cloud. I love Saltburn, the shot down the funicular railway is everyone's favourite shot but you've just got to take it when you are there. Was it out of action, they had a fire earlier this year which closed it whilst repairs are carried out. I had a phone stalker when I was at Golitha Falls in Cornwall too.
@AndrewHamiltonPhotographyАй бұрын
Thanks for watching Andy and yes it’s still on the Councils to do list to finish off fixing the electrics after the fire !! Like you say just had to take that shot ! Didn’t realise I was been stalked until I watched the footage back and saw her 🤣 She asked me many questions as I was desperate to catch the last of the light but didn’t realise she’d been watching me record the whole time 🤣
