You are referring to cheap bay poles. These are heavy gage and do not sag and also heavy weight brackets. It is a premium product that will work perfectly with your eyelet curtains. Simple to install and operate.

The reason for the blind not sitting well on that particular window is that the window sill is uneven, if we were to pull the blind tighter down then it would sit tighter. The main thing was to showcase the product. It is not the blind that isnt sitting square it is the window being uneven. As you can see everything was done with a geniune result and with high speed. Not with a perfectly square window or level window sill.

Light Seepage is always and issue with curtains. The way to get around this is going floor to ceiling and, even then you can still get light seepage around your curtains. If you use a wave curtain then a rebated track into the ceiling or a pelmet board will stop the light seepage and going past the window by 30-50cm.

If the gliders have always been with your track and the issue has only just started then it could be a couple of different things. 1. The end caps are popping off and the gliders are coming out of the end 2. Profile has been opened up. As you say and the gliders are popping out 3. Gliders have warn and no longer wide enough to fit the track Yiur idea of pliers is a good idea but use a tea towel or something so the pliers grip but don't damage the track. I would rum a glider along and fine the space that is wider and then nip that slowly and keep testing that the glider still moves along. @@Direct-Fabricscouk The gliders are coming off in the middle when I open or close the curtains. The ends have caps on, it's the middle that's the nuisance.

Then the profile must be open in the middle. is it one of our tracks? if it is contact the team, if it is another persons then potentially the plastic gliders are run down and now dont fit properly. Or the track has expanded. I suggest using some pliers to gently close the channel that the gliders run in.

That blind is face fixed on the front of the recess. If you want it side fixed inside the recess. I will find another window in the office to do it shortly. We habe our spring loaded blind fitted inside the recess to the edge which may answer some of your questions. It is a different system but similar installation

It is a roman blind kit, as per the title and the images. This is for our DIY roman blind kits. So you can cut the roman blind head rail and cords down to fit your blind.

Assume you mean a pole. I think there are some rings available with the cord attached to them. Worst Case you could make them yourself. It is all about having a cord between of 80mm or 60mm to set the wave pleat.

All the curtain tracks are difference prices. The first metre is the most expensive as end caps and cutting. Prices vary from £25 per metre upwards.

I would say our contract track would work well for this, but if it needs to be bent we would have to bend it in our factory and then send to you.

Not sure what you mean split AC on the same wall. Assume you mean a pair of curtains, this is no issue. Can be done easily. Just order the track to hold a pair, ensure you have enough gliders for the wave to fall correctly.

Yes you can do this, it is all to do with the spacing of the tracks. Each wave needs 7cm for 60mm wave or 9cm for 80mm wave. How when you space your 2 tracks the rear track depending which you need requires 7 or 9cm, then the next track needs double to allow for the 2 waves to meet in the middle. So again you would need to the central channel of the next track depending if 60mm or 80mm wave. Would be 21cm for the 60mm or 27cm for the 80mm If unsure with any measuring or allowing them not to touch you could allow even more space, i.e 8cm for the 60mm or 10cm for the 80mm. Tolerance with measurements takes the stress out of these products

This has been tested and provides an additional 1-2 db. The reason for this only being so small is mass law and the same materials being used. So although you are doubling the weight the maximum you will get is 3db.

I would highly recommend you fit the track first then you have somewhere to measure from. If not it would be the profile depth of the track assuming it attaches directly to the ceiling. Less 1 to 2cm to have it float off the floor. Thanks

These are Direct Fabrics pencil pleat acoustic curtains

Yes the pleated curtains have been tested. There is no uplift above the flat. This makes sense when thinking it through logically. As it will only perform as well as its weakest point. However there will be more absorption for echo and reduction of existing sounds. Our curtains have been tested for absorption in a pleated manner. Again this makes sense as there is more surface area for absorption.

In short. No. we have now tested both flat and pleated there is a marginal impact. So mass law with acoustics double the density will give max 2 to 3 db but in reality as the product gives 11db and 2nd layer does say 13. But net in reality marginal as there are gaps. So what you would need is a dencer material, but then it wont work as a curtain as it is so heavy. You become capped out on application. So you would be better building a structure with a fire door. But then you have the absorption and solid structure issue. So 2 or 3 curtains makes no noticeable difference. Also we manufacture our curtains to your exact size with 2 x fullness so already pleated like the video. We can do with an extra layer of lining of even face fabric 2 linings and another face on the reverse. Giving max 13 to 14 db. But a heavy weight and more cost. So it all comes down to what your trying to achieve and cost benefit. Hope this helps.
