Consumer Cellular was miserable when they allowed my account to be compromised. They told me to send them my ID to restore access, I did. After receipt of my ID, they refused to restore my account without reason. I had to abandon that line after I had already paid for it. Fuck Consumer Cellular.

Thieves and frauds. Somehow they obtained my personal information and keep mailing me cards. I called them and told them to remove my name from their mailing list. They said they will continue to send me information if someone else refers me. Yesterday I received another card and on the address label said do not contact. They refuse to respect my wishes. They are now committing criminal harassment.

This is exactly what happened to me with a sports bra, specifically at Target, after using self-checkout, so thanks for this. I didn’t realize they’d started putting security tags on things. I’ll know to look more closely next time. For now, I’ll try this screwdriver suggestion.
