Here's what Visible needs to do. Produce a clear and logical video showing exactly what to do to upgrade to the new Visible. Right now all we have are poorly produced and illustrated upgrade videos that don't work.

I think Logan Roy has a better plan for Visible.

Hi Michael! We have been very satisfied Visible customers and part of your party plan ever since watching your video on Visible over a year ago. I bought a new Samsung s22, and my husband used an unlocked s8 from Xfinity Mobile, which did not pass compatibility on the old plan, but transferring a sim initialized from a compatible phone worked perfectly! We both just migrated to the new network, maintaining the $25/m and are still quite happy with the change. Although the s8, which had worked perfectly before the network change, did not work on the new network! So it was a scramble to get a replacement at the last minute. No big deal as a new Pixel 7 on sale did the trick and was an overdue upgrade! But people should be aware... Thanks for your great insights, and keep up the good work. 👍 👍

Thanks. Yes, I know some people are having to upgrade devices and that's why they have waited so long. I appreciate you sharing your experience.

I was contacted by them and they told me I would have to upgrade my phone in order to resume service. When I asked them why, nobody could really tell me why. Big red flag. My phone is Verizon, and 5g capable. There is no reason that I should have to get a new phone or change my plan. I'm getting the feeling they are just trying to sneakily get more money out of you for the same thing I have now.

Is your device an affordable Android? The way I understand, that’s been most of the issues. And it has impacted people even if their phone is compatible with Verizon. Sorry for your experience.

@@MichaelSavesPlus Well I mean it's a OnePlus 8, not exactly a toaster.. but that in combination with the fact that they seem to have a very small comparability list. Which, conveniently they sell all the phones they guarantee coverage with.. smells fishy to me. Guess we'll just wait and see. I use to be Android Tech support for AT&T.. granted that was about 5 years ago, and a lot has changed since then, but the basics will still be the same. Is it CDMA? Is it 5g capable? Is it unlocked? If the answer is yes to all those, there should be zero issues. In some rare one-off instances with very specific models of phone, there can be issues.. but it's not a normal occurrence.

Someone said in another comment section put a sim card in to your phone and it works for the new system. Visible is trying to force new phone purchases.

I reluctantly made the switch from Party Pay to the plain Visible plan last night, even though I ordered the Ace 5G UW phone.

I got the new Sim card and stayed at $25 a month. I still use a ton of data and my hotspot is shared to my computer most of the time.

I just recently switched over to the new plan and everything went smooth with the transition but my internet got way slower. Lots of buffering now and it’s slow loading websites. I’m going to reach out to visible to see if anything they can do but if not, I’m going to be looking elsewhere 😢. This have no reflection on this channel, this just been my experience switching over.

Before you switch, chat with support. They may try re-provisioning your SIM card.

@@WillJazz Actually no they shut down auto pay July 1st and after that you no longer get the 25 dollar plan. You can make payments via app but they boot you off of the 25 dollar plan if you don't setup new plan.

I bent to the emails and upgraded to the $30 plan (I’m a legacy plan user) and before upgrading, I was able to connect several devices to my hotspot (my iPad, laptop, phone and my TV, both on Dish and on Roku streaming. I have a Roku TV, not the box) Now, I have turn off all my devices and can only connect my hotspot to only one device where I was able to connect to all my devices. What’s up with this? Like, right now, I am doing this on my iPad but I had to turn my Wi-Fi on my phone off. (I use a Galaxy with Mint Mobile for phone service and I use my hotspot with Visible for my internet). Now, I don’t have the option to connect both or all. I should have not bent into the eMail threats and stayed with what I had. Now there’s an email stating that I can set up a Verizon internet for $45 a month as a Visible customer. However then I would be paying $25-35 for Visible and $45 for Verizon internet when I was paying $25 for everything!! Man I screwed up big time. Should’ve waited. Y’all, wait!!

Does anyone know if I change from the legacy plan to the basic plan when I activate that on the app. Does that start my new due date or do I stay with my old due date? Visible needs to make a video and actually answer questions we have on their service.

We have no plan to make you change now old party pay plan's are now being forced off. Not ample notice. I have less than 7 days.

I reach out to a live agent and they keep sending me a link to change password when I’m done putting my new password 2 times it’s not letting me update it

Why do we have to give consent to this upgrade, why don’t visible just switch people over to the new network. They do maintenance upgrades all the time why is this any different. Here’s why, every time they send out a message about upgrading, they include a message saying that they can take away this discount at anytime. This is a legal issue, under the legacy plan, visible cannot change the price, that’s why you have to consent to the change. I’m getting texts, emails, and phone calls from visible, yes phone calls about getting this upgrade or face losing my service. Mark my words, once everybody switch over, they will be raising the price. They’re not going to put all this money into a better network for free.
