Hi there. I am aware GEBE has gone out of business and that Staton is possibly the only business still offering rear-mounted bicycle engines. Could I pls talk to you about this? I could offer you my cell phone #, email address or both.

First time I ever saw one of these 135s was in July 1971. It was on a large Runabout. I was growing up in an OMC family, so even admiring the TOP was a act of Blasphemy....

Hello my name is John. I got a couple questions for you which wire's go to which plugs and what are the settings for the low and high speed screws on the carburetor? I just can't find anything on the internet and I'm going crazy!

Wow! You must’ve gotten a “lemon” I have a 1996 2500 “Sport” 4x4 5.9 V8, and has never had any electrical issues. The only thing that did happen was reverse going out at 130K due to lack of band adjustments, but that was it. Parents are the original owners. UPDATE: I find it comical that the old owner blames his demise on the “economy, and Chrysler’s financial problems” no mention of treating his customers like garbage! 😂😭 I’m pretty sure his dealership was one out of the many shut down by Chrysler due to all the negative feedback, and complaints they were receiving.

Loved seeing these old OMC motors! My family had a Evinrude and a Johnson. They were both good motors.

I've got a Giant Suede 8-speed with a Honda GX35 4-Stroke 36-Spoke GEBE Kit on it. I too opted for front & rear Heavy Duty Velocity wheels. GEBE also pre-installed my drive ring and threaded axles. I also bought an extra drive belt, a highway gear, and the lowest trail gear too. I bought my bike new in late 2012 followed by the GEBE Kit and Extras around Summer of 2013. Believe it or not, the bike and kit are still like brand new as I had it all stored indoors all this time. Long story! Lets just say I've been busy with being a Super Daddy to my 2 girls now ages 13 and 7 :) Well, now that they're older, I'm finally looking to get my GEBE time capsule running for its first test run....LONG OVERDUE, but my 2 brats of course made the delay worthwhile. ;)

Chrysler does suck. But the idea that they refused to fix anything. on a truck that you JUST BOUGHT, WITH A FACTORY warranty, seems very suspect....

These were great motors for what they were, but, that last cylinder never did get enough water. Still great motors though.

Hey Keith. Not trying to sound rude or anything but if you start off in 5th like that or 4th your burning the clutch up. I'm wanting to build one of those trucks with new or remanufactured parts.

@whatamisupposedtoputhere4 жыл бұрын
no its not Chrysler's fault, its the dealerships, I'd just take it to somebody you trust instead of risking things at the dealership. You can't expect a Chrysler to not have gearbox problems.

I like these little speed boats better than jet skis. clark craft has a 200 pound inboard hydro style, the honda new r type 4 banger makes 310 hp stock. what could be more dangerous?
