hmmmmm 6y ago ? i like your Type1 application. i tie a "block & tackle" for TIGHT Lines but your video got me thinking about using these to reduce line-wear camp much ? ever set up a tent ? or a tarp ? (not a pretend tarp) with loose lines ? its an interesting doo-dad but for TENT LINES & TARPS this Eagle Scout says: Use a TAUNT LINE HITCH (2 on the inside & 1 on the outside, all in the same direction) for camp craft tensioners these are pretty much junque > no advantage > theres better knots NOW FOR KITE FLYERS that want to add a flag, windsock, dangle a key or a bell, pendants "line laundry" "sky trash" on their kite lines these FIGURE-8+ 's (is what i call them) ARE THE SCHNITZ ! THEY'RE WONDERFUL! they will accommodate 4mm paracord & 6mm kite string no problem easy to add an anchor point or top stabilizing line wherever you need it for kite string LARGER than 6mm use a standard Figure-8 descender GO FLY A KITE !

I wish that camper makers would use the quilted fabric used for portable fish houses. The insulation would be great for any weather and help with condensation from breathing.

You can forget all this fidgety trouble and just use a trucker’s hitch. So much easier, and all you need is cord

Dang, you can hit more with a pump that may not fit you, but inshoot a custom Bt-99 in high school trap, and you shoot better

I did not see where you installed the solar panel. Can you tell me at what minute it starts?

Check out Wil Prouse, he is great for solar.

Maybe next time you could actually install a solar panel. Which is what your click bait says.

Funniest shit I ever- I skip a minute into the video and hear.. “qualified to handle a saw this magnitude. So obviously I had to have someone buy the saw for me..” I said wait wtf do you need a damn license for this thing or what?? Skip back 30 seconds to hear the full bit 😅😂

Im not sure why so many reviews say this is borderline impossible to setup by yourself, I just got mine today and this looks almost identical to setting up any of my other tents i have and I have over 30 tents (i collect military tents etc). This looks pretty straightforward for anyone who knows anything about camping. In addendum, ive got tents that have no pole supports and require tension from trees to keep them up, id consider those SIGNIFICANTLY more challenging to setup.

Not at all a tautline hitch. A tautline hitch is a sliding friction knot

Did you look up your safe weights for the roof? There’s usually a closed limit and open limit. This Sport Rack system is pretty heavy, plus the weight of the AC when popped up. Any issues for you?

I don’t know if this would be possible but could you rig a removable skirt around the bottom of both bed pop outs to help block wind and cold from pulling any heat you generate when sleeping? You could get them in black so to absorb any heat from the sun throughout the day. I think they are also used to hide any of your outdoor items like bikes, chairs, grills etc. This just makes sense to me as I am a hammock camping and we need under quilts to help keep us warm because our backside of our bodies lose most of our body heat so having an under quilt helps to hold that body heat. Your beds on these pop ups also allow cold air blow right under your beds, robbing you of the heat.

This is an amazing light - I've confirmed function with the following cells: AAA AA cr123 14500 16340 With the 3.7 volt cells, the low setting is effectively the same as the high setting. Run time with the AAA cell is about 15 minutes on High and almost 40 minutes on low. I continue to use a cr123 in mine for the versatility in modes and still having max output. I hope this helps.
