Vrabel is a Pat who had terrible offenses in Tenn! Aaron Glenn is a realistic possibility but I'm not sure if he's ready. I would love to grab Gruden, he know's Quarterback's, he's hungry to get back to coaching and he's always been a really good HC. I don't feel comfortable getting a first time HC or a GM that hasn't had an important role in a great organization. We need experience, strong leadership and football people running our Jets!

This is not complicated. Watch the lions. Build the trenches first. You saw what Patrick mahomes looked like in the SB with no OL. Tampa destroyed him. Trade everything you have and build the trenches thru the draft.

Financially, I think they have to release Rodgers. Even if he has some manner of resurgence, he will always be one hit from being useless even if he is healthier to start next year. There is enough talent if they want to aspire not to blow it up with a better coaching staff. Teams like the Vikings and Steelers aren't infinitely better talent-wise, if they get the coach right they can compete for a wild card spot next year with a journeyman QB.

We’re going to have to release AR at some point. This is the price you pay for giving a player so much power in the franchise. Unfortunately the fan base will have suffer for god knows how long for meaningful football. The only thing we can do is start Tyrod next year and hire the best coach out there. Hopefully, Woody won't call a former QB who worked with the potential HC, like Peyton recommending Adam Gase and won't force the new HC to use someone on Ulbricht's staff, like he wanted to do with the guy who coached the Panthers

Worst Case, the Jets should have used Tyrod Taylor on 3rd downs. The opponents all knew Rodgers was hurt, he was a sitting duck out there and they could key on the RB. That's why we are so bad on 3rd and short. Taylor would have at least keep defenses honest.

Not for or against Rodgers. But let’s remember before the season began the formula was elite defense and ground and pound with Breece (2nd best back in football supposedly) and Braelon. Run game and D have been bottom 5-10 all year
