Really tough losing JJ. Him, Reddick and McDonald would make a great trio off the edge. Yesterday showed how important having reddick is. The interior pressure may be fools gold with how bad the texans interior offensive linemen are but the edge pressure probably was true

After looking at his stats last year I was impressed. He had 99 pass rushing sets and got 3 sacks off of them. That's basically a sack a game. I thought "well with more snaps it won't be as efficient but it'll still be good". But he's keeping up that efficiency even with increased playing time. I remember after the draft, JD commented that there were other teams that wanted WMD, and he was going to be drafted a lot earlier than "experts" believed. I don't think that was BS to justify the pick.

I think the Jets have the players to make the playoffs, but the coaching on offense is lacking. Their split back formation can be a defensive backbreaker, and if they had Andy Reid as their coach, they could put a lot of pressure on opposing teams.

As a pure pass rusher for sure he’s better than JJ. JJ is more well rounded, more violent, better run defender and he plays his butt off but McDonald is more athletic and has better bend off the edge.

Yup, he’s great! I’ve enjoyed all the playoff games the jets have played. Zach Wilson was great. So glad we drafted him. Once we got AR I was thrilled ZW remained the back up. So glad Douglas doubled and tripled down on him. Thank his for Becton he was great. Loved those wide receiver Mims and Moore. That AVT is really durable too. Lanken Tomlinson was a great free agent pick up. Corey Davis too. So glad we let Robby Anderson go cause Perrimen was great. That Frank Gore signing was great too. Braden Mann, a punter, was a worthwhile draft pick. I mean Douglas is a savior. So glad we have him and have won 30 percent of our games since he’s been here. SMFH!!!
