Great lecture, is realy hard to fund goo info on droop control even in power engineering books that i have read.

Ugh - this AI, computer voice, flashy CGI animation is packed with factoids about the physical makeup of an engine, but is terrible at linking designed elements, reasons for why this or that is engineered this way or that way, consequences of heat, pressure, load, etc, in other words anything USEFUL and EDUCATIONAL about an engine of this size/scale. So painful to listen to, I stopped after 2 minutes. Waste of time.

This video is not meant for probably chief engineer like you. As a trainee engineer, I learnt many things from this video.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that covering all aspects of such a complex subject within a single video can be challenging. For a more in-depth exploration that delves into the engineering rationale, the impact of operating conditions, and the intricate dynamics of heat, pressure, and load, we do offer a complete course on the same. As you might appreciate, developing detailed educational resources requires substantial time and effort. If you are interested, we invite you to explore our full-length courses or materials. We value your input and hope to improve our offerings based on viewer expectations.

You didn't tell exactly how to extract the bushings from the housing or what tool to use. Also, in the relief valve you don't say how to move the retaining cap to the spring or if the spring is under pressure and to be careful when you remove the cap so that the spring doesn't shoot into your face. I need more specifics.

Thanks @ HarryPost for your valuable feedback. We are in the process of making a general procedure for dismantling of mechanical components like bushes, bearings, seals, etc. and the safety features to be followed, which can be applied to all machineries. We request you to keep watching and give your comments. Thanks.

I sailed on the first generation containership built in 1969,a vessel called ACT 1 which was steam turbine powered operated by associated container transportation, she operated from Europe to Australia and new Zealand, her accommodation was right aft,I later sailed on ACT 7 which was a larger vessel built in 1977 with a capacity of 2300 teu which was big then but a baby compared to today's vessels, her accommodation was three quarters aft,she had biggest reefer capacity for this type of vessel at time great video many thanks.
